Did you know that the hummingbird is symbolic of ADHD? Hummingbirds are vibrant busy little birds. They zip around from one thing to the next and are quite honestly such beautiful creatures.

The customer that requested this custom mug told me about how hummingbirds in nature represent how someone with ADHD goes about their day and how their mind works. This made me see my brain in a different light 🥹

I’ve struggled for years to accept the way it functions and how it affects my day to day. Most days I felt like I was completely scattered, always under performing, and almost always missing the mark. I’ve worked HARD to reframe the way I see myself. Just because my brain works a little differently than what’s deemed as “typical” doesn’t make it any less beautiful. ✨
