A full body piece is not just a long session. It is a full day of presence, yours and mine. For that reason, and to make it even more special, I put together some tips for you!
☀︎ Before the day:
— Sleep well. Your body heals and prepares while you rest, you need to be fully rested for energy and full presence.
— Eat a full meal before you arrive. Never come fasting.
— Hydrate in the days before, not just on the day of your session.
— Moisturize the area for at least a week before your appointment.
— Come with intention. Know why you’re doing this, and feel free to communicate all your questions and needs.
✦ On the day:
— Bring snacks and something to drink (we have at the studio too). We will take breaks.
— Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area and keeps you comfortable for as long as the session needs.
— Bring something that helps you relax, a playlist, a book, your Kindle, headphones. Whatever makes you enjoy the process. If you choose a holistic tattoo session, I’ll provide a playlist for you to go deeper into it.
— Trust the process. Discomfort is part of it. You are allowed to breathe through it and ask for breaks. In the end, it will all be worth it.
— Always let me know how you’re feeling. This is a safe space.
