⭐️Haul-in Riding:
-Shared arena hours are between 7am-6pm.
-Maximum of 5 riders per hour (total in the arena) for safer, less crowded training conditions. Each rider can bring as many horses to ride as they’d like. $20/hr per rider (pre-pay online only). *$20/hr per rider because we do not run lights during daylight hours and these are SHARED arena hours. You may be riding alone or possibly with 4 other people. DO NOT TURN LIGHTS ON in the arena, you will be asked to leave. Staff will turn them on when necessary.

-Private hourly arena time is available 6:30pm-9:30pm, $100/hr. Bring as many horses and riders as you would like for these rental times. These rental hours include lights and freshly worked ground. (Message us 6hrs in advance to book private arena time)

⭐️Barrels are available to practice with, poles are not. (You’re welcome to bring your own)

⭐️Please ride horses during YOUR booked hour. If you need more time to ride all the horses you’ve brought, please book additional hour(s). You will be called out (ONE TIME) if you ride additional hours without paying. The next time, you will be asked to leave and not return.

-Book hourly slots in advance via our new site—first come, first served. You can book weeks ahead or day-by-day!
-Each rider can bring and ride as many horses as they want during their slot(s).
-Arrive up to 20 minutes early to tack up and be ready to ride.
-Easy digital pre-payment online through our scheduling site.

•No more show-up-and-pay cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or "pay later" options.

For Lesson Groups/Instructors:

Instructors count as one of the (5) riders allowed in the arena during any given hour. (e.g., instructor + 3 students = book/pay for 4 slots).
No blocking off sections of the arena for your lesson, unless you book all 5 slots for that hour. No exceptions.

Rules to Keep Things Fair and Safe:

•Please arrive/ride only during your booked time and be respectful of others' slots.
•No riding before pre-paying or without a confirmed booking—you'll be asked to wait or leave if not scheduled.
•We'll monitor via security cameras and occasional check-ins (asking names to match bookings).
💥Anyone not following these guidelines may be asked not to return.

Exercise Track Options:

•Track only: Pre-pay $20/rider online (no time slot needed—use all day from 7am-6pm). Ride unlimited horses.
•Arena + Track: Book and pay for arena time—track use is free before/after your slot!

Great ground, great people, and an even greater purpose.

Founder, Kate Barfield, was diagnosed with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma in 2018. When she was diagnosed, she was given the option to have fertility preservation before starting her treatment. For Kate, that meant egg retrieval and storage which is not covered by insurance at all, even though the loss of fertility is a direct side effect of cancer treatment whether that be chemo, radiation, or the removal of reproductive organs. Kate was lucky enough to have support from her family to pay for the fertility preservation. Unfortunately we have learned that so many women choose not to have these procedures simply because they cannot afford it. Kate started her mission to provide funds to young women to pay for their fertility preservation.

☔️⛈️Friendly reminder for our haul-in riders as we head into this week of rain:

-Open arena schedule is posted on our booking site online. Please don’t message us asking “is the arena open today?”

-Check the schedule online and book your riding spot before coming to the arena.

-If you are trying to book for multiple people to ride during the same hour you must book under individual rider names. The system doesn’t recognize why “Shelia” wants to book 3 times in the same hour.

-Open arena has a 5 rider cap with those riders allowed to bring as many horses as they’d like. Trainers, please book for not only yourself, but any additional staff you’re bringing that will be riding horses.

-If you book for 1 hour, please ride for your scheduled time only, you will be asked to leave if you stay for additional hours without booking. (Yes, we are monitoring on the security cameras.)

-Feel free to arrive 20 mins early to be tacked up and ready to ride for your scheduled hour.

-If you would like to book private arena time ($100/hr, no cap on amount of riders or horses you want to bring with you) please message us directly and we will setup your requested time online that you can book. (If the time slots you requested are not already taken by individual riders.)

-Student riders with instructors: All individuals need to book a slot online. Instructor + 3 students = book for 4 spots online.

-Please be patient with staff when/if we are dragging between hourly sets to maintain the best footing for our haul-in customers. You will be allowed to stay an extra 10-15 mins into the next hour when we take up some of your hourly time with dragging.

-Do not enter announcement stand or turn on arena lights. (Staff will do so when appropriate)

-Do not feed hay in the arena.

-Park on the large parking lot provided, not on the grass.

-Do not ride on the track while footing is wet. You put large holes in the footing, damaging it, and you will be asked to get off of the track.

Thank you for following our arena rules and being respectful of our facility which allows us to keep our arena open for our haul-in riders.
