One cowboy ropes the head. Another ropes the heels. The calf gets held from both ends and the doctoring happens right there in the dirt.

They only get so many tries.

On the ranch you've got all day. In the arena you've got a clock and a crowd. Same job, a lot more pressure.

Vendor registration is open for the 2026 Johnson County Sheriff’s Posse Ranch Rodeo, happening October 8–10 in Cleburne, Texas!

Come set up, promote your business, meet rodeo fans, and be part of a packed weekend of ranch rodeo action.

Vendor fee:
$50 deposit due with registration
$250 remaining balance due October 8

Please note that this is an outdoor event and electrical availability is limited, so plan accordingly.

Food and Beverage Vendors are not permitted.

What is a ranch rodeo?

Every event you'll see comes straight off the ranch. Doctoring a sick calf. Loading a steer that doesn't want loaded. Branding. Gathering strays that stayed out for a reason.

Four cowboys to a team, most of them representing a working outfit. No specialists. Everybody's got a job, and the team that works cleanest wins.

This is our sixth year putting it on. Come see what real ranch work looks like under the lights.

Three nights in front of a western crowd that came ready to spend.

12x12 booth - $300 for the whole weekend
$50 non-refundable deposit holds your spot
Setup October 8th

Gates open at 6:00 every night, rodeo at 7:30. That's an hour and a half of shopping before every performance, three nights running.

Boutiques, tack, food, makers, western retail, local business, come sell to a crowd that's already in the mood.

Applications close September 30th.
