I went to the hotspot game arcade on Hillsborough in Tampa Florida it was the worst experience ever the cashier was very nasty had a very nasty attitude and it doesn't make any sense that I have to wait for you to cash out my money in order for me to leave or move on to another game I have to wait for you to cash out my money that's crazy not only that it took them 30 minutes to cash me out I was very unhappy I was very patient I told her something when she was trying to give me my money at the end and I was telling her that was like it was taking too long and like it was getting be very unprofessional because she was cussing at another gamer for requesting her money back because she was taking so long and it was in the middle of shift change I don't shift change at 9:00 in the morning I think you need to find another shift change and y'all guys need to do better I'm very not happy with the time that I spent with you guys
