Please excuse my tardiness - I want to send a shout out and my heartfelt gratitude to Mary Bonner, Jewels Johnson, Joe Fields, Mark Robinson, and Doris Anderson for stepping in to make sure the Spring Equinox Ceremony went on.

I sure missed being there to reunite with everyone but I understand it was well attended and everyone enjoyed making their flowers of thanks and flowers for the future to celebrate the beginning of the astrological year.

Deepest gratitude to those that stepped in when I was unable to be there! I heard you all did an amazing job!

Here's my update: I feel fine, and felt fine when my doctor told me to head over to the ER. I'll be having an ablation done in a few weeks that should take care of correcting the cardiac arrythmia.

As I step into retirement from a fulfilling career in public service, I am thrilled to "open the doors" of Black Yak Studio - not a physical location, but a virtual and traveling sanctuary of art and healing.

As your guide, I bring not only my certification to teach Intentional Creativity but also a rich tapestry of knowledge from over three decades of esoteric studies and shamanism. Our Mantra, "Go Within. Create Art. Heal & Bloom", captures the essence of our Intentional Creativity classes.

Here, we'll dive into movement, guided visualization/shamanic journey, journaling and painting enriched by the depth of ancient practice and modern creativity.

Whether your path is artistic expression or spiritual quest, our studio welcomes you to a transformative experience. At Black Yak Studio each brushstroke is a step towards self-discovery and healing.
