SUPN Upper Mississippi River SmackDown Report:

I wanted to see the stretch from Montessippi upstream to Snuffies.
I was able to motor upstream past the power plant and to the power line crossing. It is definitely walkable/ draggable but I forfot my water shoes and don't want to get my other shoes wet if avoidable...so...
Upstream launches potentially very possible in Montessippi....any further questions you can pm me or ask on the thread.

SUPN River Report:

I have been on the river a lot in the last few weeks and have thoroughly covered the stretch from the Beaver Islands dam in St. Cloud to Snuffies Landing in Becker.
Hey the river is LOW.
River conditions change from area to area but through out this stretch you can expect shallow water sections paired with some fast water.
More "Rapids" like up stream with some significant elevation changes on the river bed near St. Cloud and lessoning as you make your way down stream.
Moving up stream will most definitely require walking your kayak through thin spots.
