INFJ and INFP are two personality types from the Myers-Briggs system. INFJ stands for Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling and Judging. INFP stands for Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling and Perceiving.
Both types are thoughtful, caring, creative and deeply aware of how people feel. They enjoy meaningful conversations more than small talk and often need plenty of alone time to recharge. They are very loyal, supportive and protective of the people they care about.
INFJs are more organised and future-focused. They like understanding patterns, reading between the lines and thinking about where things are heading. They care about helping people, improving situations and creating more harmony around them.
INFPs are more flexible, imaginative and guided by strong personal values. They care deeply about being true to themselves and may express their feelings through writing, music, art or other creative outlets.
Both INFJs and INFPs feel things strongly, notice details others miss and form deep bonds with people and animals. They value kindness, honesty, depth and genuine connection.
