If you are hesitant to order from Two Tides, DON'T BE! Tyler & his team are absolutely fantastic from beginning to...well there is no end! Tyler has personally checked in to see how we like our aquarium, offer advice, & helped us transition successfully. A goal we did not think would happen after an extremely disappointing experience with a well known volume website that offered discounts. We invested several thousand dollars in new components to accommodate our larger tank, corals & live rock delivered based on guaranteed delivery ALL going to waste! They failed at every single step & 7 weeks into the process we still did not have our new tank. They had me calling their vendor directly instead of handling the issue themselves!! Who does that? I am so thankful I found Two Tides. We had our aquarium within 7 days, with consistent, professional communication, & white glove packaging & delivery. We are incredibly HAPPY & Two Tides will remain our go to. You get what you pay for as the saying goes & Two Tides is worth 100 of those discount sites!

Tyler Moon with Two Tides Aquarium Supply is the man! Anytime I need a new fish tank or hear of someone looking for one I'll be sending them to Two Tides Aquarium Supply. I ordered a tank from them that ended up being discontinued while I was moving houses. I tried ordering from another well-known retailer, they didn't let me know what was going on at all. As soon as I ordered the tank, Tyler called me up and let me know what was going on. He took care of everything and made sure I had the newer version of the tank in time for my move. And it looks fantastic!! Two Tides Aquarium Supply had the best customer service I've ever had anywhere. If I could give them ten out of five stars I would. I was super stressed with this move and they made sure a new tank wasn't something to add to it. I will use them for my equipment needs for as long as I possibly can.

So I recently dove head first into the saltwater world, bought a 150 gal tank and went from there. I had planned on just running a FX6 filter until I found this sump at such a great price. It arrived quickly and was amazingly easy to setup. I ditched the flex hose that came with it and hard plumbed everything. Overall it's an amazing product! Love the dosing holders as well as the corner cable management system which keeps the heater and pump cords from hanging over the sump as well as helping with a clean look. To my surprise not only did I receive a quality product but days later was contacted by someone at Two Tides who not only wanted to know if I had any problems, but was interested in what I was trying to build, what fish I had, and verified I was making good educated decisions in other aspects of my system as well as things I could do to improve upon it. You don't get service like this anymore and I think its very undervalued. It was great to have someone in the know to bounce ideas or just progress off of. I can't recommend Two Tides enough or this sump. Only criticism on the actual product is that I wish the refugium section was a bit wider but I do understand why they sacrificed the space to give room in the main reservoir for say a reactor or 2 which I plan on utilizing in the future but all in all it works great and is dead quiet which is a plus. Hope this helps someone out there and again I'll be doing as much business with Two Tides as possible just for their amazing customer service alone!!!

We recently purchased a Pro Star 230 from Two Tides and couldn’t be happier with the experience we had. The 3/4” low Iron glass is just beautiful no other way to say it. The sump/filter Is a thing of beauty itself just watching it do it’s thing! Tyler is extremely helpful and responsive and made the process easy and stress free. Delivery to Minnesota was fast and everything arrived well packaged. We spent the weekend setting up the tank and couldn’t believe how easy everything was with no issues what so ever. Highly recommend working with this company if you are looking for a show-stopper high quality aquarium set up!
