The fair may be over, but there's still one more opportunity to come together!

Join us for our Fair Wrap-Up Meeting as we celebrate another successful year, hear highlights from each department, and share the moments that made this year's fair special.

This meeting is all about the wins, the memories, and recognizing the incredible volunteers who made it all possible.

If you have suggestions, concerns, or ideas for changes, don't worry! We'll have a dedicated feedback meeting on September 22, along with a comment box available tonight, so we can give those conversations the time and attention they deserve.

For now, let's celebrate a job well done! ❤️

Every year, this community reminds us why the Clayton Community Fair is so special.

Thank you to every exhibitor who shared their talents, every volunteer who gave countless hours, every sponsor who invested in our mission, every buyer who supported our youth, and every family who spent part of their weekend making memories at the fair.

For three incredible days, we celebrated our heritage, invested in the next generation, and proved once again that small-town communities do extraordinary things when they come together.

To everyone who walked through the gates, cheered on a young exhibitor, enjoyed good food, visited the barns, or simply showed up...thank you. You are what keeps this tradition alive.

We'll see you next year. ❤️

👏 And a special shout-out to our Rabbit & Poultry Barn for an absolutely OUTSTANDING cleanup! You knocked it out of the park, and we appreciate the extra care you put into leaving your area in fantastic shape! 🐇🐓👏

If you left something behind at the fair, lost and found items will be available for pickup Tuesday, September 1, at 5:00 PM.

🧺 Still Life Items:
Still life entries and items can also be picked up Tuesday, September 1, at 5:00 PM.
