We are proud to present the latest SMArtCustomFigures.com commissioned Halo Reach Spartan project. This one has the makings of one of our favorites due to the intricate camouflage pattern the client requested. It resembles a desert camo pattern and it is very effective. It helps break up the main lines of the Spartan armor and presents well even on this small scale. There were a number of techniques and skills required to bring this custom figure to life.

We appreciated the trust in getting this one right with 3D printing, hand-sculpting with Avis Fix-it, and the paint scheme. With so much to do, it took longer than expected with the camo pattern, but the results speak volumes when seen in your hands. It was a trying project to complete, but with the client's patience, it was worth the wait.

I printed a little enhancement to my Halo RAZR keyboard. This is so cool when you set up the lighting. I might have to paint the key's base so just the helmet lights up.

3D printing isn't always for items in the Etsy store; sometimes you have to have fun. I might add these for others later. For now, it's just cool to have a custom key that lights up. 👍

New figure commissions are still working out and 3D printing Halo items have been going on lately. We're very excited for the new Halo Infinite game to be released. With the new Jazwarez figures and folks loving all kinds of Halo figures right now, we've been printing a lot of Cortanas on AI Chips in all figure sizes. She comes in both Clear and Blue tint on a custom-painted chip! I even created the first working custom Halo Cortana PEZ dispenser.

It's been fun. We're about to release a Halo 3D print catalog with so many 3D prints available. Keep watching for the post to our Etsy store. You can visit it now to see the line of Cortana for most action figures. We also create Cosplay and Statue sized prints of Cortana. Much more to come!

We're very proud to show our custom commissioned project: first-ever Halo 2 Arbiter PEZ Dispenser.
This is the first Arbiter PEZ created by SMArtCustomFigures.com (Formerly SMARrt-Customs.com). The Arbiter PEZ is a true highlight of my customizing time. Doing something for a Halo collector that has never been done before creates a few challenges. When it completes and the client is blown away with the final results, we can finally sit back and enjoy it. It was a long process, but the results speak for themselves.

We can make more PEZ Dispensers of other characters using McFarlane 12" helmets, Joyride figures, and 10" Mattel figures. There's another first-ever Halo PEZ coming soon too!

SMArtCustoms has completed two Movie-Correct custom Star Wars Droids commissioned by a special collector. They are the Treadwell droid and LIN Droid. Both are from the Jawa Sandcrawler scene from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

These were a challenge, but worth the work. Lots of extreme details were added to make these look like their movie versions. Custom tread systems, correctly scaled droid bodies, and the LIN has custom LEDs added as well as magnetic subassemblies for easy articulation. Both have been custom-painted to resemble their screen droid counterparts with heavy weathering.

This is our latest commissioned custom figure - a movie-correct Star Wars LIN Droid. It's best known from the Jawa Sandcrawler scene in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. In the desert sands of Tatooine, the LIN Droid rolled its way into stardom.

Hasbro did make a toy action figure once, but my client wanted it to be corrected. I had already created the movie-correct Treadwell Droid for them, so this was the second droid that we were able to help create. The custom figure is made of three sub-assemblies: The tread system, the inner guts, and the dome.

So many more details make this a one-of-a-kind custom Star Wars Droid:
1. Custom-built tread system (shorter than the Treadwell version) with real rubber treads
2. Correctly-sized (larger) dome with a semi-transparent dome and rivets
3. Fully-detailed version of the Hasbro inner guts, now fully-painted
4. Multi-stage lighting system with three LEDs and replaceable batteries
5. Removeable articulating arm (magnetic using MAGPoints™ system)
6. New eyestalk that can be raised and rotated like the film version
7. Real metal antennas
8. Sub-assemblies attach using my MAGPoints™ system
