People ask what qualifies someone to consult businesses.
Degrees?
Certificates?
A stack of SOPs?
Those are valuable—but they don’t guarantee results.
Results do.
One of the hardest businesses to start is catering, especially hibachi. Most people know the challenges: regulations, equipment, permits, food safety, and the common belief that you need a restaurant to make it work.
I didn’t accept that.
I found another way.
I built the operation, created the systems, developed the processes, and grew it into a successful business. Later, I stepped into warehouse operations—an industry I had never worked in before—and discovered something that changed my perspective forever.
Success isn’t tied to one industry.
It’s tied to understanding operations.
Learn the process. Adapt. Build systems. Eliminate waste. Develop people. Execute consistently.
Those principles work whether you’re serving meals, managing inventory, or leading a growing company.
That’s the foundation of MASOP.
And now it’s time to prove it again.
I’ve been posting old Hibachi Xpress videos that have been buried over the years. I hope you enjoy seeing where the journey started.
Because this isn’t just a comeback…
Hibachi Xpress is currently under renovation.
Soon, Hibachi Xpress — A MASOP Company — will rise like a phoenix from the ashes.
This time, we’re bringing years of experience, stronger systems, sharper ex*****on, and a whole new vision.
We’re not just reopening. We’re proving that great operations can rebuild anything.
