😮‍💨 it’s been a while! I’ve been in and out of the studio intermittently but it’s been a challenge to balance everything! I can say that pottery is my creative outlet that I do need in my life to keep myself moving. Just wanted to update everyone, as I know my page has been SO quite lately. I had to pause my business while I was working through nursing school as I had some big goals I needed to accomplish. Focusing on studying and pottery quickly became too much for me, and I just wanted to thank you all for your support and encouragement over the last two years! I officially became a registered nurse and have the gift of time back in my life! It feels really good. So! That said, I’m going to be slowly getting back into a groove, whatever that means while I’m also working as a nurse full-time, but I cannot hang up my apron forever so I’m looking forward to letting my creativity flow again! Let me know what you’d love to see! (PS: I’m not currently accepting custom orders)

Well, the market is closed today friends. The thunderstorms make it unsafe for the workers to set up for us (they start set up around 3 am from what I was told last year), and their safety is what matters! If there is something you need for a gift, feel free to message me today and we can line up a local pickup 🙂 otherwise, I’ll save the stock and have a lot extra for the next market day!

The Start

North Arrow Pottery started as an idea sprouted from our love and appreciation of ceramics and pottery shops. Admiring all the beautiful work from around the world over the years and needing to find a focus for myself as a mental escape; with the help of Wayne, I was able to jump all in and begin my journey into pottery. With only a couple short semesters worth of pottery classes from high school under my belt, a majority of my progress has been from self discovery and a lot of research. With the love and support from all of my friends and family, I have been able to successfully evolve into an ever-growing small business in the town of Clarksville, Tennessee. North Arrow Pottery pieces have been sent all over the world at this point, and enjoyed time and time again by friends of North Arrow! I couldn’t feel more blessed to have been given this opportunity to explore a true interest of mine, turned passion. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
