Mrs Allison- A hatha yoga teacher of 5 years, sharing her practice, a safe space, come as you are with no preconceived ideas of what you need to be able to do. It could not have been possible without every single dancer, every single parent and family member, every single friend, and every person who came together to give us such a memorable weekend and year of dancing! Immediately following the Saturday matinee recital, join us for a reception! Saturday 10am class: please bring water - 24 minis preferred. All others: please bring 2 dozen cookies. Homemade or Store bought is fine - just as long as they are yummy!!
