A little heads up; things look a little different than in previous years, so here’s a quick little update!

The following classes will not be in Production this year: PrePointe, Leaps and Turns, & Strength and Conditioning

Reminder to The Company parents, your dancers are required to take: Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, and
one elective (each class is to be the correct level/age appropriate)

This season you won’t be seeing any of the following classes (of any level): Tumbling, Parkour, Contortion, Pom and Baton, Yoga/Pilates, Beginner Lyrical (it’s now a combination class with Intermediate Lyrical), and Polynesian. If you love Tumbling and Contortion, we advise that your child take Acro dance class. It’s a great combination of all the things you love brought together with a form of dance! Some of the classes you don’t see are due to insurance purposes only and it doesn’t mean they won’t make a comeback in later years, but our hands were tied for Season 17.

This is going to be a great season and we look forward to seeing old and new faces ⭐️

👀 ALSO, keep your eyes open for special interest classes like Suzanne Kniceley’s 6 week sewing class coming to the studio September 16th-October 21st, 2026!

𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝-𝟐𝟔𝐭𝐡, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Let’s give a round of applause to one of our dancers, Quin 👏🏻 She headed to Chicago, IL to attend a Nationals competition and a dance convention with Precision Arts Challenge! There, Quin performed her ‘Over the Rainbow’ lyrical solo which was choreographed by Arabella Weaver.

According to Quin, “the dance convention classes were such a fun time! I was quick to make friends and I enjoyed the new techniques I learned! It was my first experience with convention classes and I learned a lot from some amazing & skilled instructors!”

[In May, Quin received a “PAC ATTACK” for her solo during the Regional dance competition held in Morgantown, WV. It was there that she received a scholarship to compete her solo at the Nationals level in Chicago, IL.] During the Nationals, she received another “PAC Attack” and moved onto the Ultimate level of the competition. The Ultimate level is improv dancing… round 1: Jazz (120 dancers), round 2: Hip Hop (60 dancers), round 3: Musical Theater (40 dancers), round 4: Contemporary/Lyrical (5 dancers) and the final dancer to win round 4 is the Ultimate Dancer of 2026 with Precision Arts Challenge! Quin made it to round 2 and was part of the Top 60 solo artists at this event!

Great job, Quin! ⭐️

⭐️ Precision Arts Challenge
May 1st-3rd, 2026
Morgantown, WV

Our dancers took the stage at the Precision Arts Challenge and absolutely shined! From the very first performance to the final bow, they brought incredible energy, passion, confidence, and heart to every routine.

We could not be more proud of the hard work, dedication, and teamwork these dancers continue to show both in and out of the studio. They truly rocked the stage and represented our studio so beautifully.

Watching them grow, support one another, and leave it all on the dance floor is what makes weekends like this so special.

Congratulations to all of our dancers on their last competition weekend for ‘25-‘26 comp season — your talent and love for dance radiated through every performance!
