The forecast is calling for heavy rain and thunderstorms, but the show must go on! To keep our cast, crew, and amazing audience dry, tonight’s performance of THE TAMING OF THE SHREW is moving indoors.

Here is everything you need to know to join us tonight:

We are moving from the Historic Salem Depot to Salem City Hall at 229 W. Main Street, Salem, WV.
Doors & Pre-Show Music: 6:30 PM
Showtime: 7:00 PM

Admission: As always, tonight is !

We highly encourage you to arrive early! Seating is first-come, first-served. Getting there by 6:30 PM guarantees you can grab a great seat, shake off the rain, and enjoy some fantastic live pre-show music before the curtains go up.

The Rustic Mechanicals - West Virginia’s Shakespeare troupe - in partnership with - are bringing their high-octane, "Howl at the Moon" tour to Altoona Area High School!

Forget the dusty, "polite" Shakespeare. We’re tearing up the script with a production of THE TAMING OF THE SHREW that’s fast, funny, and fierce. We’re exploring the madness of love, the necessity of play, and the psychological liberation of the iconic Kate and Petruchio.

Whether you’re a lifelong Shakespeare-buff or you’ve never seen a play in your life, this is the show for you.
