A Holistic Health, Wellness & Whole-Being Experience

We’re gathering a beautiful mix of people who help others feel better, live deeper, move freely and reconnect with themselves.

We’re looking for Vendors of all sorts -Reiki practitioners, massage therapists, tarot and intuitive readers, sound healers, yoga and breathwork instructors, herbalists, wellness coaches, fitness and movement professionals, crystal and metaphysical vendors, natural skincare businesses, healthy food and drink vendors, makers, teachers, nonprofits and more.

Have something meaningful to share? Bring it.

Teach a class. Lead a workshop. Host a demonstration. Create an experience. We’ll have opportunities both indoors and outdoors.

This won’t be a quiet little event tucked away in the corner. We’re planning strong promotion through social media, flyers, community advertising, vendor spotlights and plenty of sharing leading up to the day.

The vision is simple: a warm, welcoming space where people can wander, learn, shop, breathe, connect and leave feeling a little more grounded than when they arrived.

🚨 VENDORS, ARTISTS, GAMERS & SPONSORS—WE NEED YOU! 🚨

Claremore’s first Nerd Out Comic Con is coming to the Claremore Conference Center on September 19 from 10 AM–4 PM, and we are working hard to fill it with all things nerdy, creative and fun.

We’re looking for comics, manga, art, handmade items, gaming, TCG, collectibles, cosplay, anime, fantasy, sci-fi, fandom finds, food, drinks and anything else that fits the vibe.

Something new is coming to Claremore!

Join us for the Sunset Market on Saturday, October 3 from 5:00–9:00 PM at the Claremore Conference Center.

We’re bringing together indoor and outdoor vendors, food trucks, music, bounce houses, fall fun, and plenty of local shopping—all as the sun goes down.

Outdoor vendors will be lighting up their spaces with string lights, rope lights, lanterns, and more, turning the parking lot into a glowing evening market.

Treasure Fest… thank you. ❤️

Yesterday was something new for us, and I cannot thank everyone enough for taking a chance on it.

Whether you were a vendor, came to shop, shared a post, invited a friend, or simply stopped in to see what Treasure Fest was all about—you helped make it happen.

I snapped a picture of some of the goodies I brought home, but it is nowhere near everything. A few things did not even survive long enough to make the photo. 😂

The lemonade? Gone. I had a prickly pear and coconut lemonade sweetened with monk fruit from 4Bs Fresh Lemonade, and holy smokes, it was delicious.

The watermelon? Also gone. 🍉

And the peach dessert from Grammy Jams disappeared immediately after I took the picture. No regrets.

One of the best parts of the day was watching people meet, swap business cards, make connections, and support one another. Some vendors were doing their very first event. Others packed up from another market and came straight over to set up with us. Seeing new faces, familiar faces, and all the networking happening throughout the building made the day even better.

Now let’s show some love to the businesses that made Treasure Fest happen:

🌭 Tru North Concessions brought the jalapeño sausage on a stick, and it was amazing.

🍋 4B’s Fresh Lemonade LLC had delicious fresh lemonade with some seriously fun flavor combinations.

🥤 Boujee Delights came with tasty drinks and snack options.

💕 Jaimie H. brought beautiful handmade earrings and more.

🏺 Aseafox Creations—my goodness, go look at her ceramics. Her talent is incredible.

🤠 Roped In Boutique had one-of-a-kind wreaths and awesome hats. The hat in my picture came from her!

🕯️ Andrea W. with Scentsy brought the scents, warmers, Snuggles, and all the cozy things.

🎣 Chuck’s Stuff had fishing gear, Hot Wheels, collectibles, and so much more.

🧸 Kim’s Korner came with toys, dream catchers, and all kinds of fun finds.

✨ Native Fibers LLC had beautiful Native beaded jewelry.

🍍 Bay’s Bussin Pineapple Spears brought her amazing pineapple spears.

🍅 Sooner state produce came loaded with fresh tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, watermelon, and more garden goodness.

💎 Lilypad Jewels brought beautiful jewelry, and I loved the mushrooms!

🎨 Yaki’ Ma’s Craft Room—seriously, go check them out at their new location. They are perfect for girls’ day or night, back-to-school events, church groups, teacher events, team building, kids’ craft days, and so much more.

🍪 The Crescent Cookie Cottage of Mrs Craig had cookies that disappeared fast!

🎨 Art by Brian Byrd is so talented. His Pokémon pieces were amazing, along with his one-of-a-kind watercolor art.

💖 Keil’s Kreations brought beautiful handmade earrings.

🌸 Ophelia By Design had fun polymer clay earrings and accessories. My earrings in the picture came from her!

💙 Comprehensive Community Rehabilitation Services was there sharing information about their rehabilitation home and services for TBI patients.

🔪 Broken Chest Customs showed up with jaw-dropping, one-of-a-kind handcrafted knives and jewelry.

🧶 Party on a String brought fun crochet items and clothing.

🍓 Grammy Jam had her amazing jams and desserts. Again, that goodie in the picture was eaten immediately afterward. 😂

🥐 The Ginger Gypsy came with those delicious cinnamon rolls in the picture, along with her handcrafted items.

🍬 SweeTeeze Freeze Dried Candy & Treats brought freeze-dried sweets and her new super sour Gushers.

🌈 Pig Whistle Design was there with cool tie-dye and so much more.

💍 Jewelry by B brought her beautiful handcrafted items. You can spot some of them in the picture above.

📚 WussaCakes Treats and Boutiques had the coolest drink holders, reversible book covers, and so many creative pieces.

🛋️ Sonny Meadows Co. LLC brought gorgeous handmade blankets, pillows, and wreaths. Her husband also had amazing laser-engraved items, and of course they brought their security guard, JJ. 😂

💎 BPoshy Style Co. was there with gorgeous one-of-a-kind beaded and stone jewelry.

Thank you again to every vendor who trusted us and every shopper who walked through the doors. We know this was different from anything we had done before, and we truly appreciate everyone giving it a try.

Meeting the new vendors was fabulous. Seeing familiar faces was even better. Hearing people connect, network, laugh, and support one another made the whole day worth it. ❤️
