A large percentage of all sales will be donated to Helping Hand Ministries. They offer short-term financial assistance to Tulsa residents in need.

I’ve been very busy these last few years; moving across country, dealing with major house issues, building a website, and painting as much as possible. Speaking of painting, Fall is in the air here in Oklahoma, which put me in the mood to paint some of those beautiful warm colors. This scene is from Poudre River, in Colorado. It’s been on my wishlist to paint for quite awhile, so I decided that now is the time to interpret it and put it to canvas. I loved working in these colors and hope to do so more in the future.

I hope you’re able to get outside for a moment, forget about all the work of life, and enjoy the change of season.

Painting the Landscape with Lanai Kinsky. Saturdays, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2 & 11/9. 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. $210. Includes paint. Held at Colours Art. In this class the student will learn the fundamentals of painting from beginning to end. How to build up a painting, creating color harmony, systematic color mixing to establish correct colors, using color to create distance in a painting, and establishing a focal point. Whether a beginning or experienced painter, this class will transform your painting ability. All skills will be applied to a painting that we will be working on, and the student should have a finished painting by the end of the 4 week session.

The Gypsies Dream, a new kit by Lanai Kinsky -
Gypsies fascinate many people with their attention to elaborate jewelry and detailed clothes. While we may not want to wear the entire outfit, a bit of Gypsy attitude can add spark to any outfit.
