Oklahoma Shakespeare Project The only annual Shakespeare Festival held in NE Oklahoma.

Every summer the Oklahoma Shakespeare Project will produce works of Williiam Shakespeare and provide edcuational opportunities for young and old alike.

We are gearing up the Oklahoma Shakespeare Project. We plan to begin with 1011 productions of Hamlet and A Midsummer Night's Dream, June 16-26. Today we began to plan our 2012 Conference/Festival. Our productions for June 2012 will be Much Ado About Nothing and Romeo and Juliet. The festival will include a one day conference with sessions ranging from the scholarly to the whimsical.

Auditions for Midsummer and Hamlet will be held March 23 and 25 at 7 pm at RSU, Claremore. Baird Hall room 231. A short prepared piece is recommended but not required. Some roles have already been cast.

Our inaugural events will be productions of Midsummer Night's Dream and Hamlet. June 2011. Midsummer will be performed outside, the east side of the RSU Centennial Center. Hamlet is TBD. Shows will alternate each night. More information to come!
