Our phone lines are currently down. We are in the process of switching internet and phone services. Comcast wasn't supposed to shut down our line until August 28th, once our new service is in place, but it seems to be turned off starting today, instead. Their customer service tech department says that only the retention department can turn it back on, but the retention department is closed for the weekend. Needless to say, I am not happy!
