Even though the rain cut our first contest short, we still managed to host our very own award ceremony! Today during 8th period our representatives got in full uniform and accepted the trophies we earned on Saturday. Along with an state qualification our band earned the following awards:

1st Place Class B
Class B/C Outstanding General Effect
Class B/C Outstanding Music
Class B/C Grand Champions

Shoutout to the Logan Elm Band Program for pushing through the evening and working in as many bands as they could. Despite the rain, our band made memories, connected with other programs, and got amazing feedback. None of that would’ve been possible without the boosters, staff, and students that helped us throughout the evening. We were lucky and grateful for the opportunity to perform!

Of course, we wouldn’t have been able to do anything without the hard work of our pit crew, the dedication of our boosters, and the tremendous support of our community! Thank you to all who helped us celebrate a historic night for our program!

Good morning!

We wanted to make you aware of a schedule change for the remaining days of Post Camp. Today, Thursday, and Friday, we will be releasing students at noon rather than 2:00 p.m.

We have had quite a few students out due to illness this week. In an effort to prioritize the health and well-being of our students and staff, we feel that providing some additional time to rest and recover is the best choice for our band members right now. We are hopeful that the extra time will allow those who are not feeling well to recover more quickly and help everyone return feeling healthy and ready to participate.

We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to make decisions that are in the best interest of our students and the health of the band..

Thank you for your continued support!
