So we've been nominated in the cea's the past three years in a row. So far, we go, all excited that we might win, and walk away with nothing. Josh is always sad about it. Phil goes on rants about how the voting process is just a popularity contest and they're not objectively judging the work by quality. Joel just kind of gives everyone that look of disappointment and resentment.
