🥰 yes to art 🥰
In honor of World Mental Health Day, we’re excited to collaborate with Schottenstein/Aronoff Arts Initiative on a special initiative focused on mental health, healing, and helping our community find resilience through the power of art. 🎨🤍
Together, we believe art is more than expression—it can be a powerful source of connection, hope, and healing. ✨
Charley and Edie Harper understood this deeply. In the years they turned toward nature, traveling the country and immersing themselves in its rhythms, they created groundbreaking work together. As true innovators, they developed the distinctive Harper style of minimal realism—clean, joyful, and full of life. Their shared bond with the natural world didn’t just inspire their art; it bound their love and their vision.
In Florida Keys, Charley Harper captures the rich biodiversity of the region, distilling a wide range of animals and their habitats into one vibrant, interconnected composition. Created in support of conservation, the piece reflects the Harpers’ deep engagement with wild places and their ability to reveal nature’s essential beauty through minimal realism. It offers a clear, joyful window into a thriving ecosystem—an invitation to notice, appreciate, and find calm in the natural world.
That perspective continues to bring delight to art students, graphic designers, illustrators, collectors, and anyone who finds joy in nature, beautiful image of the world around us. Their work has always felt accessible—art that welcomes everyone in.
Art is medicine. And sometimes the simplest shapes, drawn from the places we love, remind us how to keep going.
