🌟 Team Spotlight: Cincinnati, Ohio Bottling Maintenance Team 🌟

Working across four shifts, the Bottling Maintenance team plays an important role in keeping production running safely and reliably at CREMER North America. The team provides daily production support, completes preventive maintenance and facility checks, and works closely with Production, Safety, Quality, and Engineering to keep things moving.

Their experience, communication, and willingness to help each other are a big part of what makes them successful. They share knowledge across shifts, solve problems together, and are always looking for ways to make things better. Their recent work includes designing bead evacuation hoses to return beads to production instead of scrapping them and upgrading exterior lighting to make the workplace safer for night-shift employees.

That mindset helped Jordan Keller, Quality Engineer, earn his Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).📚

The 13-member Operations team at CREMER’s Dayton, Tennessee facility plays an important role in keeping production running safely and efficiently 24/7. Working across four shifts, the team operates production equipment, manages manufacturing and packaging processes, and supports warehousing and shipping.

With an average tenure of 7½ years, their experience and flexibility help them adapt across products, troubleshoot issues, perform equipment changeovers, and maintain high standards for safety and quality. Their teamwork and communication help keep operations running smoothly across every shift.
