Lately I’ve been thinking about how much my relationship with art has changed over the past year…

Not just what I create — but how I trust what comes through me.

This feels like the most honest way to explain it 🎨

This past year changed the way I experience myself as an artist.

A year ago, I was creating…
but I wasn’t fully trusting what was coming through me.

I could feel ideas, emotions, and images beneath the surface —
but I questioned them more than I followed them.

I held back.
I stayed in what felt safe.
I tried to make things make sense before letting them exist.

But something shifted.

I stopped trying to control the process…
and started listening to it.

I let myself follow instinct.
I allowed things to unfold without needing immediate clarity.
I trusted that what I was feeling had a place on the canvas — even if I didn’t fully understand it yet.

And through that… my work changed.

Not just visually — but energetically.

It feels more honest.
More present.
More connected to something deeper than just technique.

Now, my art feels like a conversation.

Between what I know…
and what I’m still discovering.

Between what’s seen…
and what’s felt.

And the biggest shift is this:

I trust what comes through me.

I don’t rush it.
I don’t silence it.
And I don’t hold it back the way I used to.

I’m still learning.
Still exploring.

But now… I let the work lead me. 🎨

All 9x12 Acrylic Marker on canvas paper paintings are channeled. Each painting is priced at $95 plus tax and shipping. Please note that international shipping is not available at this time.

Commissioned channeled talisman paintings are priced at $20 per square inch, requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit. To facilitate business transactions, I require your address, email, and phone number. Additionally, I request that you send a friend request to my main page Kathryn Hinton.

Please consider your budget when it comes to the size of your art talisment. I can make them smaller or larger. The art talisment will come to you on a 9x12 cardboard wrapped to protect the art piece. And placed inside a puffey envelope from the post office.

At this point estimate la 2 to 3 week turnaround time from channeling and finishing the art talisment. Till when it gets shipped out. Turnaround time might be faster then that but these are fine art pieces and done by hand.

To ensure a secure transaction. Payments are exclusively through PayPal. Due to recent PayPal scams, please ensure that your deposit is visible in my PayPal account, as any issues will be deemed the responsibility of the payer, and refunds will not be issued from my personal account.
