I find myself inspired by the seasons. You can probably figure out the time of year I started a drawing based on its subjects. However, If it’s completed in the same season is definitely hit or miss. For example, this drawing. Started October 1, 2025 finished February 24, 2026. So I guess it’s easy to say that this was inspired by Autumn 🍂 and the timeline backs that up.
🥹footnote: some of these realizations are for my benefit, in that I had no idea I do this. Inspiration comes in many forms and sometimes you’re being inspired and you don’t even know it.
