After careful consideration and with the news announced today that WHHS is canceling other weekend events, it is with great disappointment that I must announce that we have decided to postpone Cincinnati FreeCast Concert. The increased spread of COVID-19 is of great concern and protecting the health and safety of our performers, crew and audience is our highest priority. I, along with my team of 22 amazing teens from the local Cincinnati area, have put a lot of time and effort into this production, and I am very saddened that we cannot hold as planned. I will be working with my team and the venue to reschedule pending future developments.

We are very grateful for your support up to this time and continuing forward. If you have purchased tickets, we will reach out to you about a refund.

Please still consider making a donation towards Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS at this link: https://donate.broadwaycares.org/give/140654/ #!/donation/checkout?amount=2

Gratefully,
Bettina Ernst
Director, Co-Producer, Cincinnati FreeCast Concert

Cincinnati FreeCast Concert is still on for this Friday, March 13.

We will be following the protocol of Walnut Hills High School (which is still holding events), and will have preventive hygienic precautions in place.

HOWEVER, if you are ill, elderly, or have a health concern that makes you especially vulnerable to COVID-19, we encourage you to stay home for the health and safety of yourselves and others. All performers are following the same precautions. At the concert we will be taking sanitary measures to ensure your health and safety.

If you were planning to attend the concert, but decide not to, please still consider making a donation to go towards Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS.
