NUMBERS DON’T LIE. 📊

Nearly 50 young entrepreneurs served through our 2026 Cincinnati Young Entrepreneurs Summer Camps.

Another 150+ community members showed up, participated, shopped, and poured directly into our youth through our Youth Business Fairs.

This was one of our most successful CYE summer seasons yet and it was also Sweet Sistah Splash’s biggest grant year for Cincinnati Young Entrepreneurs.

And you can SEE the difference.

More funding allowed us to serve more youth, bring in more creative professionals and business owners, provide more hands-on experiences, create more products, and give our young entrepreneurs more opportunities to actually put what they learned into practice.

A HUGE thank you to our funders at the City of Cincinnati Human Services Fund and United Way of Greater Cincinnati for investing in our vision and, most importantly, investing in our youth. 🖤

This is also why I believe so strongly in teaching grant writing. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when good community work gets the financial support it deserves. And this is why I am committed to helping others attain Grant Funding!

Grant funding isn’t just money on paper. It’s programming. It’s access. It’s opportunity. It’s impact.

And these numbers? We can definitely work with these. 💪🏾

Eddie, our AfroSwag Top Model in-house pic, stepped onto the Street King Throne bringing his own story, presence and energy to the art. Dressed in Me By Lee and seated on a throne created by Nubian Woodworking, the whole image became a story of Black men and their relation to creativity, style and power.
