Every day clients ask me how I feel living and owning a business in downtown Cincinnati. It’s frustrating. Not because I feel fearful or unsafe but because it shows me just how powerful and influential our media can be at pushing false narratives. Downtown Cincinnati has not been overrun by violence and crime.
We have shooting, yes. Too many. Innocent people have been hurt. I hate that it happens to even 1. The reality is that this is the nature of any city, large or small.
I beg you to please use your own judgment and discretion. The small business community relies on our visitors and neighboring communities.
