Founded in Columbus in 2010, Watershed is known for crafting top-tier spirits—and their gin, bourbon and vodka are staples behind the bar at Jane’s and Race St. Station. If you want to see the magic happen, they offer behind-the-scenes tours at their Columbus distillery, complete with a walk through their warehouse and a guided sampling of their award-winning lineup.
