What a week in St. Louis for the Barbershop Harmony Society's International Contest!

Congratulations to all of the competitors, including the chorus champions, the Ambassadors of Harmony. We especially want to congratulate GQ for their incredible performances all week that touched so many and won them a place in history, becoming the first women to win a BHS gold in the quartet contest.

Congratulations to our members! We came into the competition as the 28th seed and finished 20th with a significant score increase. As we continue to celebrate our 70th anniversary of brotherhood and excellence, we see this as confirmation that our hard work this year has paid off, and we look forward to striving for even greater excellence going forward as we enrich lives through harmony.

Thank you to our primary coaches this year, Steve Scott, Kevin Keller, and Dave McEachern, as well as the arrangers of our contest songs, Theo Hicks and Kyle Snook.

Thank you to the BHS and the many volunteers that stepped up to make the convention a huge success in St Louis this year. Congrats to the competitors and a huge congratulations to the SGC community!

While the bulk of the chorus is in St. Louis at BHS Internationals, some of our guys are representing SGC back home by singing the National Anthem at West Chester's Independence Day celebration.
