Cincinnati Lapidary Guild

Cincinnati Lapidary Guild Our goal is to advance lapidary and faceting skills while introducing beginners to the
art of working with stone and crystals.

We accomplish this through mutual exchange
of information between members and through guest speakers, demonstrations, and exhibits. We welcome the novice, aspiring student and accomplished expert of all ages. We have classes to teach wire wrap, beading, faceting, cabbing, and jewelry making. Our interest include beading, cabbing, carving, faceting, lapping, rock tumbling, and jewelry making of all

kinds. We also take field trips to interesting places to look for rocks and minerals, museums that offer interest to our members, and other club's shows. We take part in the GEOFAIR held each year in Cincinnati giving demonstrations, and offering information on lapidary in general.

Tonight’s meeting is our annual picnic. We meet at 6 pm families welcome. We all bring a dish or desert.

The picnic will be located at Swaim Park at the large shelter. The park is located at the corner of Cooper and Zig Zag Roads. Parking is available off of both Roads.
Please bring your favorite piece of flint to share
