DJ Equipment for Rent!
Hey everyone!
I’m thinking about trying something new! This is an experiment. As you all know, I’ve been DJing for a while and never rented out my gear before. I’ve had many request for this option and have extra equipment—sound systems, dance floor lighting, weatherproof uplighting (indoor or outdoor), mirror balls, smoke/fog machines, projectors, microphones (wired and wireless)—and I’m considering offering it for rent with options for different price ranges.
Here’s the deal:
• Planning a party or special event?
• Hosting a corporate event or holiday party?
• Got a budget that covers everything except entertainment?
• Want a DJ/MC or Band but can’t quite swing it financially?
• Need entertainment without the DJ/MC?
• Want a sound system powerful enough to keep your guests dancing all night?
• Need your music pre-recorded, so you don’t have to worry about it?
• Want your music arranged in a way that keeps the energy up all night without any hassle?
And here are some cool extras:
• Need a wired or wireless mic for speeches or announcements?
• Interested in lighting?
• Dance lighting?
• Uplighting that matches your event décor?
• Mirror ball(s)?
• Fog machines (low-lying or shooting)?
• Need to project something?
• Want projectors connected to the sound system?
• Want to display music videos with your playlist?
• Need one, two, or even four projectors/screens for your event?
Pricing is still being worked out, but there will be a security deposit and insurance required.
We’ll chat about:
• What’s the event for?
• How many days or nights will you need the equipment?
• What’s the date?
• How many hours?
• Where’s the event (indoor or outdoor)?
• Do you want delivery, or will you pick it up?
• Do you want us to set it up and break it down, or would you prefer to handle it? We can do it, or we’ll show you how.
• When do you want to return or pick up the gear?
If any issues pop up during your event, we’ll have an on-call DJ to help via FaceTime or phone. And if something goes wrong, we can quickly switch out equipment to make sure your event doesn’t miss a beat.
Once everything’s returned in the same condition, you’ll get your security deposit back. The same goes for lighting equipment.
We’re also considering offering projection screens and other equipment as part of the rental.
Basically, if you want to impress your guests and have everything run smoothly without the stress, we’ve got you covered!
