Greater Cincinnati Afro-Caribbean All-Star Team – Applications Now Open

TZB ENT is officially forming a Greater Cincinnati Afro-Caribbean All-Star Event Activation Team - a diverse, passionate collective committed to elevating Afro-Caribbean culture through intentional, high-quality events.

We are seeking individuals with skills in:

Design & creative direction
Marketing, branding & content
Event planning & organization
Event programming & production
MCing & on-stage engagement
Operations & logistics
Creative ideation & cultural strategy

While experience is welcomed, a genuine passion for Afro-Caribbean culture and community impact is essential.

Team involvement may include:

Planning and strategy meetings
Event setup, breakdown, and coordination
On-site event support and programming
Creative input and ex*****on
Supporting TZB ENT-led events throughout the year

As part of this team, you’ll work under the TZB ENT umbrella, helping ensure Afro-Caribbean events in Greater Cincinnati remain consistent, intentional, and culturally powerful.
