Pole Conditioning focuses on targeted exercises to build strength, control, and endurance. The second half of class is Open Pole, so you have time to drill, practice, or just play.

Just waivers. Years of waivers and 2026 is already completely full. We have to order a second file folder for the first time.

We are blown away. Absolutely blown away.

When we opened in 2022, we could not have imagined this. We definitely could not have done it without every single person who walked through our doors, trusted us, and gave pole a try.

The October schedule is officially posted and we have some exciting new additions!

We are bringing back Pole Heels 2 for those ready to continue their heel journey.

We are also launching our new Vixen Series! These are 4-week progressive courses taught in different styles. We are starting with a 4-week Low Flow course, with plans to add stripper/club and hard styles in the future.

Plus, we have many great drop-in classes, our Fun-damentals courses, and our next student showcase Shadows on the Floor coming up.

Most of our August courses have already started, but Stage Ready begins on August 24th and there is only one spot left.

This 6-week performance prep course walks you through everything you need to build a routine from start to finish. Song selection, choreography, costume planning, and stage presence. Enrollment guarantees you a spot in the Shadows on the Floor showcase.

If you have been thinking about performing, this is your chance.

We heard you! If you work nights but still want to pole dance, we have options that actually fit your schedule.

We already have weekday daytime Intro to Pole Dance classes on the schedule, and we added a Pole Fun-damentals 1 course on Tuesdays in September. It is already half full, so we wanted to make sure everyone knew it was there in case you missed it.

No experience needed for Intro. Just a fun, welcoming space to take your first spin.

We are so excited for our 4 Year Anniversary Party and we cannot wait to share the main event with you: Bingo to Blackout!

Here is how it works. Everyone gets a bingo card and a stamper. KB will be your Caller for the night. We will start calling numbers and we will not stop until every single card is completely covered.

For every bingo you get (there will be a total of 15 bingos plus the blackout), you can choose a small prize on the spot or put a ticket in one of our raffle baskets. The raffle baskets will have bigger prizes like free courses, free classes, and pole grip.

Once you cover your entire card, you get to choose a blackout prize. Everyone gets something! After everyone has blacked out, we will draw for the raffle baskets.

We swear it is so much fun. You do not want to miss this.
