Spent some time with Papaw Hat and Vinny at Mt. Carmel Brewing Company the other day.

We tried the grilled watermelon salad special, and it was way better than I expected. 🍉

Vin went with wings and fries, while Dad and I split a burger and boneless wings. Everything was definitely Hatz Approved. Plus, you can't beat the view of the lake out back.

Heineman Winery and Crystal Cave is one of those must-do Put-in-Bay, stops. 🍷

💎 The cave tour is awesome, the winery is fun, and it's a great way to spend an afternoon on the island.

Back at Fruit Land with Ronnie Doe and Brayden! 🍓🥭

One of my favorite spots when I'm craving something sweet that isn't ice cream. Between the fresh fruit treats, mangonadas, and all the fun snack options, there's always something new to try.

Definitely a Hatz-approved stop in Newport!

Come along with us to the Newtown Newtown Farm Market! 🌽

We picked up some of their amazing sweet corn and grabbed a little custard while we were there too. If you're looking for fresh local produce and a great way to support local businesses, this is always a solid stop.
