4.4 refers to the fundamental time signature of techno and house music in which there are exactly four beats per measure. This steady, driving pulse serves as the rhythmic foundation of techno and house music and is also found within many other forms and styles of electronic dance music.
With this series of events at Madison Live this summer, Subsonic Frequencies aims to showcase and to elevate local techno and house DJs from the Cincinnati area and the broader Midwest community of artists and music lovers. Our goal is to heat up some dance floors, forge some new connections, and spread peace, love, unity, and respect along the way!
We hope you’ll join us on this sonic journey throughout the summer, as 72 different DJs take to the stage at Madison Live across four separate events, featuring two stages of sound at each event, running from 4 PM to 2 AM!
VIP packages include guest list addition to ALL 4.4 events this summer, which is basically four tickets for the price of one, and these packages also include a shirt, button, sticker and custom VIP laminate that grants you backstage access on both floors of the event..... All for only $50!
Tier 3 tickets for 4.4.1 are now on sale for $15! There will be a limited number of $20 pre sales available after that and then admission will be $25 on the day of the show until 8pm! $30 at the door after 8pm!
