Sign ups are OPEN! This free program will be held at Purcell Marian High School June 28 - July 2 running 9am - 4pm each day.

STICKING TOGETHER - This is a free 5-day camp done every summer getting students focused on a positive outlet. Students will receive bus passes for the week (Purcell is located on routes 11, 31, and 24), lunch, snacks, and water will be provided each day, and every student will receive a pair of sticks and a drum pad. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

mance at 5 Points Alley, a beautiful park venue located in the heart of Walnut Hills on July 2 at 6 pm.

The aim of this camp is to uplift every drumline in the city by learning from each other and working together. We will work on everything from basic exercises to advanced cadences and marching. Beyond music, this camp will instill discipline, work ethic, curiosity, and a sense of community. These traits will serve them for the rest of their lives in whatever direction they choose to pursue. We will feature presentations on HBCUs (how to get scholarships, why college is valuable, what the experience is like), what DCI/WGI is (think professional marching band independent of a school), African drummers will come in and teach history and jam, plus many more exciting opportunities that will open doors for students.
