So… they asked me to make a PIZZA CUPCAKE CAKE for Slice Night! 🍕🧁😂

And honestly? This was SO much fun to make!

It’s been a little while since I’ve worked with fondant, so I definitely had to dust off those skills! 😂 But once I got going, I remembered just how much I love bringing an idea to life.

The best part was taking a fun concept like a pizza slice and turning it into a cake made completely out of cupcakes! From the “crust” to the toppings, every little detail was made to look like the real thing. 🍕✨

I love opportunities that challenge me to get creative and step outside of my usual work. And this one definitely did that!

Thank you for trusting me with such a fun creation for Slice Night. 💕

10/01/2026

Still pinching myself over this one! 🥹🧁✨

I was asked to bake cupcakes for Pillsbury to display in their booth for Slice Night, and y’all… WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! 🙌🏾

Getting the opportunity to create something that would represent Cora’s Cakery in a space like that was such an honor. And of course… y’all know I couldn’t just use the mix and leave it there! 😂👀

I added my own special touches because that’s what I do! And I even made a PIZZA SLICE CUPCAKE CAKE for the event! 🍕🧁😂 Talk about having a little fun with it!

Taking something familiar like Pillsbury cake mix and turning it into something that feels like Cora’s Cakery was such a cool experience.

Moments like this remind me to keep going, keep creating, keep showing up, and keep believing in what I’m building. Every opportunity doesn’t have to start out huge to mean something BIG. 💕

I hope everyone who came out to Slice Night enjoyed the cupcakes (and that pizza slice cupcake cake 😉)!

Thank you, Pillsbury, for trusting Cora’s Cakery to be a part of such a special experience. This one definitely goes in the “I’m grateful I said YES” file. 🥹✨
