Intensity Dance Teams We are an affordable competition team based in Colerain/Dent, Ohio focused on instilling a love of dance in all of our members.

We focus on basic dance technique as well as Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop, Acrobatics and Lyrical.

Summit 2026 was nothing short of absolutely amazing!
These girls took the stage against teams from Germany, Italy, Japan, Guam, Australia, Netherlands and more!

These 4 had a goal at the beginning of this season… get one bid to Summit. They have pushed themselves harder than ever before and dedicated themselves to their art and got themselves 4 bids straight to Semi-finals!

This weekend was filled with laughs, cries, bonding beyond belief and time with all of our second family.

Though we didn’t make the finals this year, we are ready and fueled to level up and do what it takes to get there next year!

We are BEYOND proud of them and their accomplishments this season and cannot wait to continue watching this team grow! 🩵🧡
