Another project checked off the list.

After weeks of permits, locating the buildingโ€™s water shut-off, and making the necessary adjustments, our sprinkler system work is finally complete.

Itโ€™s not the most exciting update, but itโ€™s one more step closer to opening the doors at Social Experience Cincy.

Spent 5 hours trying to figure out why we couldn't move forward with construction...

Turns out the water shut-off for the sprinkler system is inside another tenant's unit.
Just another day in entrepreneurship. Luckily, we got it figured out and we're back on track tomorrow.

The sprinkler plans are officially approved, which means we can finally move forward with construction and keep this project on schedule.
