We’re back from vacation 😉 and reopening today at 11:30am! Enjoy the beautiful weather in our Biergarten and try our weekend special, Allgäuer Kässpatzen: in-house-made spätzle with Swiss and Gruyère cheeses, topped with fried onions and served with a small house salad. KANTINE Oktoberfest with the Polka Warriors

🎉 Oktoberfest weekend is coming to KANTINE! Join us October 16th & 17th for Cincinnati’s final Oktoberfest celebration of 2026. We’ll have Schweinshaxn, Oktoberfest snacks, cold drinks, and plenty of live music. 🍻 The Polka Warriors Quartet kicks things off Friday, October 16th at 6pm, and Ricky Nye brings the boogie-woogie vibes Saturday, October 17th. Bring your friends and celebrate with us!

Leberkäse is a popular street food in Bavaria. You can find a Leberkässemmel—a thick slice of Leberkäse tucked into a bread roll—at most butcher shops and some bakeries.

Another way to enjoy it is by searing a slice in a skillet, placing a sunny-side-up egg on top, and serving it alongside freshly prepared potato salad. This is how we do it. Come in today and fetch a serving
