First Mojito of the year!

Muddled Mojito Mint and a lime wedge
Add 2-3 tbsp sugar + 2 lime wedges and muddle
1 1/2 oz El Dorado Silver Rum
Pour over ice and add club soda

1 oz Kahluha

Stir

Peppermint Patty Martini :

2 tsp hot cocoa
2 oz cream
Mix together

Add
1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz creme de cocoa
Shake with ice, strain into sprinkle-rimmed glass
