Join instructor Chris Koch for a relaxing and energizing journey into the ancient practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. With over 10 years of teaching experience and a background in multiple martial arts, Chris will guide participants through gentle movements designed to improve overall health and well-being.

Where art meets the outdoors!

Join us for a fun-filled week of creativity and nature exploration. Campers will become nature detectives as they discover birds, bugs, plants, and the beauty of the natural world through hands-on activities and artistic projects.

Participants will create:
• Terracotta clay sculptures
• Colorful oil-based clay creations
• Nature-inspired artwork based on the shapes, colors, and textures found outdoors
