The Saint Louis County Fair is proud to offer the Laurence Kleven Memorial Scholarship to support local high school seniors in pursuing their educational goals!

If you’ve been involved in our fair—whether through exhibits, volunteering, livestock, or other participation—we encourage you to apply. We love giving back to the young people who help make our fair such a success each year!

Congratulations to One of Our Own!

We are incredibly proud to recognize Ray Erspamer a dedicated leader and longtime supporter of the St. Louis County Fair, for receiving the IAFE Heritage Award.

Each year, the International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE) honors exceptional volunteer fair leaders, and this prestigious award recognizes Ray’s outstanding involvement and leadership. Ray has served on the St. Louis County Fair Board since 2000, and his impact reaches far beyond our fairgrounds.

In addition to his work with our fair, Ray has been actively involved with the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs, the Minnesota State Fair Board of Managers, and has represented the Minnesota State Agricultural Society’s Eighth District since 2020.

Thank you, Ray, for your decades of dedication, leadership, and passion for fairs and agriculture. Our fair and our community are better because of you!
