Anyway...We'll have Bryce Hegge back at the Loon this Thursday to entertain us with some singing and guitar playing. Bryce has an impressive range of genres spanning eight decades. Food trucks - we've got a few this week. Deep Roots Concessions will be here on Wednesday. REBEL Lobster is rollin' in on Thursday. Friday brings LittleBoy Kitchen back to the brewery. Chili Lime is on the schedule on Saturday. Those are some tasty options!

Keeping It Light Trivia will be hosting another installment of trivia night this Wednesday. We'll be ditching the technology and going old school with paper and pencil. I, for one, welcome this change and look forward to having 2 hours less of screen time every other week. Come down, check it out and see what you think. Playing every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Game goes until 7 - 9pm.

The Chisago Lakes Homebrew Club has their monthly meeting on Wednesday from 7 - 9pm in the Barrel Room. Question: Do you have a passion for making and/or drinking craft beer? Are you interested in finding out what home brewing is all about? Then come join other brewers at the meeting on Wednesday. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, share a beer, share some knowledge, and hang out with others who have a passion for craft brewing. ALL are welcome!

Well, it’s happening. Slowly but surely, summer is starting to turn into fall. The kids are back in school—or about to be—football season is kicking off, and the local professional baseball team will apparently be missing the playoffs yet again. Some things are as predictable as Minnesota weather… except Minnesota weather.

The State Fair is about to become a distant memory filled with Sweet Martha’s cookies, cheese curds, questionable food decisions, and the realization that you somehow walked 11 miles without knowing it.

Our Acoustic Sunday Music Series has also wrapped up for the season. A huge THANK YOU to all the talented musicians who spent their Sundays helping us make summer at the Loon a little more uncommonly good!

With the unofficial end of summer upon us, our Sunday hours are changing too. Starting TODAY, Sunday, September 7, the Uncommon Loon will return to our normal Sunday hours of 12–6pm, which will continue until next year.

So, while the days get shorter, the leaves start changing, and we all pretend we're ready for fall… there’s still plenty of time to grab a beer and enjoy the season.

After all, summer may be winding down but there’s always something brewing at the Loon!

🦞 Come out to the Loon today and prepare your taste buds! Crawdaddy's Boil & Grill is making their inaugural voyage to the Loon!

They’ll be docked and serving from 1–8 PM (or until sold out… because apparently other people like delicious food too).

On the menu: Po’ boys, grilled cheese, quesadillas, nachos, and the main attraction—whole cooked, fresh, wild-trapped Minnesota crawfish! That’s right, these little guys are Minnesota locals, so technically you’ll be supporting local. 😉

Come hungry, grab an uncommonly good beer, hard seltzer or hard slushie and get your hands dirty! We’re not saying you should wear a bib, but we’re also not saying you shouldn’t.

Food Truck Friday! Come get some tasty eats.

We're happy to welcome Cantina Del Rio back to the Loon this evening. They'll be serving up fresh, delicious Spanish-Mexican cuisine from 4 - 8pm. Come get some!
Pair one of our 15 uncommonly good beers, 13 hard seltzers or 2 hard slushies (Blue Raspberry & Green Apple) with those bold flavors.
