In this special ALL levels event you will be guided through a series of seated listening and breathing techniques (designed for significantly reducing stress).

Followed by an extended Tibetan singing bowl Sound Meditation practice where you can simply lie back, settle into a quieter state of mind, and listen in an environment intended to help you cultivate, strengthen, and support your own inner sense of well-being.

Phase one of the remodel is coming to an end. The studio has been drenched in new paint and finishing touches to the arch and front desk are underway today.

Classes begin this Friday. A new schedule drops tomorrow, Wednesday 5/6

As we move into Phase two, we are seeking a few volunteers that enjoy bare feet on ground and dirt packed French manicures to help complete our back yard. The earth garden experience will host elevated social wellness gatherings with good people, good vibes and slow living.

Please dm us if you feel the pull to help out. We will be working the next few weekends from late morning till dusk.

UPDATE:
Thank you for your patience. A lot of progress is being made during this first phase of remodeling. The entire studio is getting a fresh coat of paint from floor to ceiling and many of the lobby upgrades will be ready to reveal soon.

Classes will begin on Friday May 8th. We will drop the enhanced weekly class schedule on our website for preview on May 1st.

PARDON OUR DUST:
When classes do begin, we will still be working on elevating the exterior, foyer and back yard.

REMINDER: All previous memberships and class packs from embody will be honored and you can request an update to your account for any days missed once we have reopened.
