WORKSHOP ALERT🚨 is coming back for one day only in December!

This is a 90-minute workshop with Camille designed to level up your pole flow through a blend of tricks, basework, transitions, and full choreography. The Flow & Fluidity Lab focuses on strong technique, precision, and control, helping you connect tricks through smooth, intentional transitions and an emphasis on musicality that makes your movement feel cohesive, fluid, and effortlessly polished.

Because this workshop is 90-minutes long, you’ll receive focused, detailed instruction. We can move at a slower, more intentional pace, giving you room for personalized corrections, deeper technique work, and detailed refinement to develop endurance, technical clarity, and flow quality in a way that simply isn’t possible in a single one-hour class.
