What a wonderful article on my “cookie lady” turned friend and co- boss babe!
We love us some Lauren around here!!
Last week we welcomed fresh sourdough from Kewaskum... this week we're adding Whipped Beef Tallow Lotion made right here in St. Cloud! 🤍
If you don't know Lauren, let me introduce you. She is one of those people who makes you wonder if she ever sleeps!
By day, she's an elementary school teacher. By night... she's basically Superwoman.
In 2019, Lauren published her first children's book, Wish Me a Rainbow, inspired by her grandpa. (If you have little kids, it's a wonderful read.) She had started a book tour when COVID hit and brought everything to a halt.
So did she give up? Nope.
She found another creative outlet and started decorating custom cookies for special events while raising her young family. Before long, her cookie business took off! Today she bakes cookies for teachers across two counties during Teacher Appreciation Week and back-to-school season.
And once again... she didn't stop there!
Lauren recently started making Whipped Beef Tallow Lotion, and we are so excited to finally have it on our shelves. Beef tallow has become incredibly popular for its nourishing skin benefits, and here's the coolest part...
The tallow she uses comes from us! ❤️
It's one of those full-circle moments that reminds us why we love supporting local businesses. We get to provide an ingredient, Lauren turns it into an amazing product, and now we get to share it with all of you.
