Attention cheerleaders:
Tryouts for the 2014-2015 RHS cheerleading squads will be held this Wednesday and Thursday from 6-8 with the final tryout Friday at 6. If you have not yet turned in your application it's not too late. I will be accepting them all week from the high school athletic office. Hope to see you all Wednesday.

Just a reminder, anyone who is interested in trying out for our 2014-2015 squad must have application and faculty recommendation turned in to the high school athletic office by Monday. Hope to see a huge turn out!

For anyone interested in trying out for our squad, tryouts will be March 26, 27, 28 from 6-8. You must have a parent present on the 26th for a short meeting at 6:00 in order to tryout. You must also fill out an application and get a faculty recommendation letter which all must be turned in to the high school athletic office by March 10. Applications can also be picked up in the athletic office. Any questions contact Morgan Williams at 765-570-8029.

Our final cheerleaders of the week are seniors, Kylie Thomas and Alex Wickett. Kylie is the daughter of Tracey York and Barry Thomas. She has been cheering for four years and enjoys getting to be around her friends and doing something that she loves. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her friends and gymnastics. Alex is the daughter of Joe and Mary Wickett. She has been cheering for five years and enjoys the excitement at games as well as being around her friends. She also enjoys the challenge that cheer brings. Alex is also involved in the symphonic choir at RHS and likes to spend time with family and friends. Alex and Kylie are nearing the end of their high school career and we want to thank them for a good season as well as with them luck with their future endeavors. Congrats Alex and Kylie!

This week one of our cheerleaders of the week is sophomore, Keara Henderson. Keara has been cheering since elementary school and enjoys making new friends and accomplishing new stunts. She also plays softball. Keara credits her mother for getting her involved in cheering. "She is my biggest supporter and she pushes me to become a better cheerleader. I would not be where I am today without her." We enjoy working with Keara because she is always very helpful and always has a positive attitude. Keep up the great work Keara!
